the staff was very kind, especially zina, who checked us in. i also appreciated kristóf, our waiter, at breakfast. i upgraded to a suite and the staff prepared a surprise cake for my wife's birthday upon arrival and during breakfast. i received personal assistance from a woman at the front desk, which i appreciated.
i found the bathtub drain was clogged. i informed the hotel, and i received a written apology. the problem was never fixed (this was an inconvenience).

the staff provided excellent service right from the start. janka secured a wonderful seating arrangement for us next to the live string band. mark, our waiter, delivered excellent service and added to the cute atmosphere.

the hotel is near many attractions (this made it easy to get around). the hotel itself is in a historical area with beautiful architecture. i found it easy to access local shops and restaurants.

I found the breakfast selections to be really good! There was a nice variety of options, and everything tasted fresh. The architecture of the building is fine. It. The location was perfect.
The room was quite warm. When I asked for the AC to be turned on, I was told that I could keep the windows open instead, which wasn't ideal at night due to street noise.

The Junior Suite was spacious. It was super clean! The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ample storage and a well-stocked minibar, and I enjoyed relaxing in the seating area.

the room wasnt cleaned good. quilt cover got dirt stains. the bidet seemed like urine stains. the staff didnt disinfect the toilets before we arrived.

The staff were genuinely kind and attentive. I appreciated this. The White Salon provided a delicious meal with amazing décor. The spa treatments included massages, facials, and access to sauna pools. I found the location good. Taxis via Bolt were efficient.
The neighborhood is a little rough.

my room seemed dated. the decor looked approximately twenty years old. the furnishings also was to be twenty years old. the neighborhood felt a little rough to me.
